Hi....would like to know if anyone has a solution for nail fungus...
Have a problem with my one big toe...have tried several over the counter products and even tea tree oil...and no luck...do not want a perscription as I take several other meds now...and am retired so money is a bit tight....thanks in advance for any suggestions...
I used to have a fungus problem on my big toe too. Then, last spring, I jammed the toe really bad, and the nail turned black and fell off. It is just about fully grown back, and it is completely free of fungus. Problem solved. (I suggest trying the Vicks cure first. The way I did it hurts like crazy!!)

That would be one way of getting rid of the fungus, but I think I will pass......do not like pain...so will give the vicks a try....

I also have it just on one toe. I'm assuming the Vicks or lemon juice simply dry up the area? As far as the lemon juice, can it be that stuff in the bottle from the store, or only fresh squeezed? And apply to the top of the nail? The fungus seems to be between the nail & the skin. And how long til any changes were noticed with the lemon juice?
Sorry for all the questions, I'd just like to get this problem cleared up soon. If lemon juice doesn't do it, I'm gonna try Vicks. Thanks
