The soles of my feet (the balls and heel especially) have a deep spongy texture which is exacerbated in damp conditions. They are blotchy and it can hurt to walk in bare-feet. They've been like this for years, but I want to do something about them now, particularly because they've started to smell.

Anybody know what might be the cause?

I'll post a picture if someone can let me know how.
