 Fallen Arches problem
I have a problem with fallen arches.
I used to do Taekwon do and damaged the sesamoid bone on the ball of my foot.
This bone is like a pulley for the Arche on your foot and my arch subsequently collapsed.
I was given orthotics by a podiatrist but now my ankes are cracking a lot and the ball of my foot has gotten bigger.
Is there a way to heal fallen arches and not have to wear orthotics??
