 Top of Feet Aching
I experience pain in the tops of my feet from time to time. It happened again a couple of days ago and today the tops of both my feet are aching. The pain feels like my feet has actually been injured on the tops (which they haven't). They are painful to the touch just off the center of the tops of my feet. I have tried stretching them, elevating them soaking them and nothing seems to work. The pain today got extremely pad while I was walking and it hurt so bad that I could only walk by scuffing my feet. Please help. Thank you. Harriet
