Readabook

Hello all- I had a neuroma removed from lift foot in January. All seemed to go well- except the podsiatrist stitched my foot w/a bit of a fold up closest to the toes saying that as the incision healed that would spread out and be a better scar. I have healed with the skin staying gathered... And it is a hardened area that can be quite painful. Any suggestions beyond removing it are welcome. (I am considering having that done.)
The other problem is that if I am wearing very stiff bottomed shoes the bottom of my foot becomes very tender and puffy, not unlike 3 months out of sugery, but I had thought it would be much better by now. I have no fat pads on my feet and the podiatrist says that is my problem. It is discouraging that what seemed like such a good idea has not completely resolved. Has Anyone else had problems w/recurrent swelling.
I intend to have my right foot done in October- neuroma and a minor bunion. The bunion is not a major issue, but it is occasionally painful and has made changes in the last six months, so I am assumung it will get worse. Apparently the surgery is easier the more minor it is.I am also going to a different doctor!
