Sprain or just a Bruise, help please?
I hurt my foot 3 weeks ago, playing football and I happend to step into a ditch and my foot rolled inward and then it was hurt and hard to walk on, I was getting better and betting at walking and I can walk normal, I have have a little pain but in days it get's better.
Went to the doctor the next day and to get it checked out and told me to get X-Rays. So I went, X-Rays came out negative and nothing was wrong, nothing torn or anything, they just told me to stay off of it and so did my doctor.
Pain is nothing like what I have now. I'm an active person and play sports alot and when I try stretching my foot straight I feel like the bone is tight, is it just a bruise or it's tight because I havn't been running on it? Tomrrow I'm letting my doctor check it and going to ask questions, of how long it'll possibly take before I can return to playing sports and have full mobility of my foot/ankle which was also bruised but as I said they didn't find anything.
Anyone got any answers or some help? Thanks.
