Hi,
Just wanted to know if anyone here recognises these symptoms.
Pain & lump at back of left foot, about midway up heel bone.
The lump is small, with slight movement and quite hard, it hurts when a shoe, or trainer push against it whilst walking on it. It is a shocking stabbing pain, almost feels like it's been cut.
I can't walk through it and have to take the weight off the foot immediatly.
It doesn't hurt without shoes/trainers on at all. So I'm guessing the small lump is pushing against something! Have you heard of this and any idea what it may be?
I can't always find the lump. Some days it doesn't appear to be there. I may still get the pain though whilst walking.
I wouldn't say it's shoe specific, as I can be wearing the same shoes for months with no problems and then suddenly I will get the pain.
Thanks for reading!!
