| Cortisone injection anyone? in toe area?
I had my doctor give me a cortisone ingection, into the bursa/bunionette area of the left side of my foot. I'm about to go on a trip and hope the shot would help the inflammation. I don't have time for another foot surgery until the fall. Has anyone had a cortisone shot near a bunion or a toe, near the little toe in my case? Right now, the bunionette is rather numb, since the injection, and the bunionette feels more swollen, not less. I'm panicking, because I got the shot to hopefully alleviate the pain, before I go on a vacation. Now, it feels worse?
