I've been looking up some stuff on the pain in my foot and came across this, I do not know much about it though. I've had pain in the arch and ball of my right foot for months that runs up the back and inside of my leg. It feels like when your foot has gotten too cold and past the point of numb. If that explains it any better. I bought one of those arch bands at walgreens and it seemed to ease it enough for me to walk. Now the pain is in my left foot too, same pain, same place. I've had it looked at twice by my family Dr and she said I just needed to lose some weight. I've lost 30lbs and am within 10lbs of my ideal weight according to the BMI chart and the pain is getting worse.
I saw came across a website where a woman had said something about her Dr. suspected it could have been caused by a slipped disc. I have a pretty severe case of scoliosis and 5 bad discs, two of which are slipped and, the best way to describe it I guess would be, empty. Does this sound anything like what I've read or am I completely insane?
