 Discolored, "elephant skin" spot on my left foot
For at least a year I have had this spot on my foot that has been gradually grown from about the size of a nickel (when I noticed it) to now the size of a ping pong ball. It has the texture of elephant skin and is now becoming discolored to a purplish color. It did not hurt at first, but is slowly becoming uncomfortable. I'm going to get a referal to a podiatrist, but I wanted to see if anyone has experienced or has seen anything similar. My poor fiance is starting to get worried now and so am I.
