Muscle spasms when i fall asleep
i suffer from twitching when about to fall asleep this usually wakes me up.. but on some occasions i have severe bolts of what can only be described as spasms in my stomach and thigh area these can be very painful and often wake me up suddenly... can be very painful as well... i dont suffer from this every night but most nights.. can you tell me what this is and how i can relieve the symptoms.
