| Cavovarus foot and tethered spinal cord
My 15 year old son is experiencing difficulties coming to terms with the look and function of his left foot. he has had 4 surgeries on this foot to correct a cavovarus foot deformity. he has expressed an interest in finding someone that he can talk to about the deformity. he would like to know how you deal with the deformity, etc.
If someone that has this disorder could contact me/him or give the name of a support group either online or in a group setting near our home town of Crystal Lake, IL. I would appreciate it.
He spends a lot of time thinking about this and it is ruining his life.
