| Post-Op Bunionectomy "Rash"??
Hi--
I am almost 5 months, post-op, single foot bunionectomy. I have had 2 hard casts, an air cast, 4 weeks of PT.......so far, so good. I am still experiencing some swelling and at times, have to hobble around. Still not able to wear an orthodic in my shoe, but hey, I'm walking!! I have now developed a red "rash" on my lower leg, which covers about 3-4 inches above my ankle. My doctor says it's nothing to worry about---just a "circulation issue". Has anyone experienced this? Thanks!
