Slight pain on outer right ankle?
I have a slight pain/discomfort right ankle (I have never broken or sprained this ankle). Ive put ice on it and some medicine, but it really hasnt gotten better or much worse really. the outer ankle is not swollen or anything. nonetheless, it feels weird when i practice my martial arts or go running. what could be the problem?

Hi Epsilon

Unfortunately, the only person who can give you a correct answer is a doctor.
Here on boards people talk about already diagnosed conditions and their experience, I doubt anyone on here will be able to diagnose you.
Seeing a doctor will be the best thing to do.

I forgot the term but how is your up/down and side to side movement with your foot.?
