Tenderness in arch of foot??

hi, i work on my feet all day on a hard surface, so i decided to try insoles from the store, after only a couple of steps i had this throbbing pain in the middle to back of my foot. if i press on it with my fingers it is very tender. what could this be? i have tried many insoles and all with the same effect.

Re: Tenderness in arch of foot??

Inserts do normally take a while to get used to, but shouldnt cause instant pain. Have you seen a doctor? Might have something going on, like a tear in the PF.
