Stress fracture in fusion?

In 2006 I was in a car accident and injured my right foot. Approx a year later started having a lot of pain returned to my Doctor. I was diagnosed with tramatic arthritis and the doctor did a triple arthrodesis in February of 2008. It healed well but Doctor had to go in and remove the hardware in December because one of the screws was loose and causing a great deal of pain. I returned to work in February of this year and the pain has been increasing dramatically while I am working. I have a job that includes moving and maneuvering large rolls of paper (aproxx 125-150lbs that are five feet high but only 7.7 inches wide) plus dumpsters the hold up to 1000lbs (with bad wheels due to over loading), numerous only activities. My question is can I get a stress fracture in the fusion? Or could there be other issues I am dealing with? I can't get in to see my Doctor for three weeks and I am just trying to figure what to look for in the mean time. I live in Pennsylvania.
