countrybabe 101 Registered User Join Date: Sep 2009 Location: concord nc USA Posts: 1	how many Steroid Injections can you have in your feet a year how many Steroid Injections can you have in your feet a year, heard it not good for you, I have got 4 in both mine it help one food but the right foot still in bad pain ..also both still swell so I think I need to see the surgeron see if he will give me the cast that don't come off,, maybe that will help me,,I know bone spurs are bery painful
