Help with ankle brace
I had an OCD repair 4 weeks ago. I saw my OS today and he says I can start partial wt. bearing ..but I need an ankle brace as this ankle is also my "weak ankle" that I sprain often

I am in search of a rigid ankle brace..I want want one that is comfortable..but also not too bulky to fit into shoes, which I find most are.

Does any one have any suggestions??

This is what I have. It's got some built in supports on the side yet is very comfortable and fits into shoes just fine.

The brand is ossur, i'm sure you can shop around online and find a pretty good deal somewhere.

I used an ASO for protection. It fits into a tennis shoe fairly well and runs about $30-40 depending on the one you buy. Never had a problem with it being uncomfortable either.
