i had my final appt with my foot dr today. everything is fine and i hope in my life time i will never have another foot surgery again. 8 is enough! there is light at the end of the tunnel i hope for everyone on this board.
Good for you Debbie! I've been following you a long time - 8 surgeries is enough - for sure! You have reinstilled my hope and faith that I will return to a normal life. Go out and enjoy being active!
thank you all for your warm wishes and support. i actually cant believe this journey hopefully is over. i did wind up with a fused big toe and i cant wear the shoes i love and that it swells when hot out, but i am grateful i can walk and return to a "normal" life. i always like to hear good news so for anyone recovering or going to have surgery i wish the best.
