joyelleng Newbie (female) Join Date: Feb 2010 Location: Westminster, Co Posts: 1	Reconering from neuroma surgery and dislocated toe I am trying to find info on recovering from foot surgery. I had a nueroma removed and a dislocated toe pinned. I am a runner and do not want to dislocate my toe again.I am not sure if taping it before running will fix it, or if there are any insoles that may help. If anyone has experienced this, I would appreciate any advice.
