| what is th % of recovery after removal of hardware from heel fracture surgery
2 years back i broke my rt heel. One plate and 7 screws were fixed. for 3 months i was on my crutches.
for lost 2 years also i was swelling and moderate pain.for this i was taking some pain killers,applying some jell etc.
3weeks back the hard ware was removed and again iam on crutches.
Can u pl. advise me for how much period i should not give wt on my leg,when can i start using my bike,when can i resume to my normal family life.
Now am i going to be quite normal???
