| Blue toenails, please help
Hello, after months of sitting by the PC I started working in a warehouse wearing safety shoes, all day on foot - third day today.Yesterday my big toes were painful, a bit swollen and their nails were blue.Today they are really swollen and looks like front of toenails are going apart from toes.The shoes I was wearing are my old ones, they aren't tight, it was OK before and my nails are not growing in. What I should do? I am going back to work on Monday. Can I put some ice on them?
