Francesca1 Newbie (female) Join Date: Mar 2010 Location: London Posts: 1	how long after bunion surgery can I start physio? how long after bunion surgery can i start physio? I have had the operation 2 weeks ago, I'm worried that my big toe will go stiff. I already started moving my toe as advised by my podiatrist. Only that he said to start in 2 weeks time and not now. I'm a bit freaked out to be honest. I just noticed that my big toe has gone blue due to the movement. I'm clueless and worried. When exactly am I suppose to start physio? Thank you! Francesca
