pmyers61 Newbie (female) Join Date: May 2010 Location: United States Posts: 1	Hammertoe surgery I am having hammertoe surgery tomorrow. I have two options to choose from, first would be the k-wire and second is one I can not find anywhere.....the doctor suggested actually wiring the the second and third toe together, I believe this would be done along with shortening the second toe (the hammertoe). Have you heard of this before?
