| foot hurts
sorry for the generic title but i figured id give a better description in the message.
Well to start off i was told from a very early age that i had tendinitis (never saw a doctor about his), but the only way thats effected my legs is that i dont quite walk with my feet flat. Its never bothered me and its given me really great leg muscle strength.
Well back in november i was at work cleaning the lobby (burger king), and i had just mopped the floor so i was walking back through the lobby only to remmeber that i forgot to lock the outer door, so as i turn around to head back towards the door my left footspun(i really dont know how to word this so please bear with me). As i turned i got an intense pain on the left side of my left foot right below the bone connecting to the outer second toe. This caused some pain but nothing i couldnt limp through the rest of my shift. As i got home my foot was kind of numb all night. When i woke up in the morning it was really painful. I couldnt even put on a shoe without shouting some sort of profanity. As stupid as this sounds i never went to the hospital and after a VERY long time went away, probably about 4 months later . Sometimes i still felt it but never to the point of not walking or running. Ive been training for the airforce and since ive been running almost everyday its starting to become a problem. Some people have told me it could be a stress fracture, but i dont know. Any help on what it may be and possible ways to treat it would be awesome. Thanks.
_Sean
