shaloo61 Junior Member (female) Join Date: Apr 2011 Location: USA Posts: 20	heel spur questions... I was diagnosed with a heel spur last week. The doctor gave me a cortisone injection. But the pain has not stopped. It hurts even when I am not walking on it. He told me to buy the gel heel cups which I did. They seem to help a little but overall it still hurts. I know the cortisone injections can't be given very often, so I am at a loss as to what to do next. Should I consult a podiatrist? Thanks in advance for some advice!
