So the klutz has struck again. I dropped a bat head first on my fourth metatarsal on/below the toe joint. There's bruising and swelling and a painful nodule at the site. It doesn't hurt when I walk but I hurts if pressure is applied. This happened 6 weeks ago. Anybody have the same experience? Do you think it will heal itself? If I go to my orthopedist again he'll think I'm stalking him.
