Broken heel cont. problems
I broke my heel about a year and a half ago. I rarely experience heel pain anymore, but after about a year of walking normally, I got a stress fracture in the same foot. My doctor couldn't explain the problem and now I feel the same kind of pain in another location on the same foot. I'm wondering if this could be caused by the slight change in the way my foot falls when walking since having surgery. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

It's actually pretty common to get these types of problems after a serious injury like that.

I would talk to a really good physical therapist about a gait evaluation. If that doesn't help, try a second opinion from a foot and ankle surgeon.
