Every morning when i wake up, my toes are numb, especially my big toes. I have been having some problems with my left foot, i guess its plantar fascitis. been to foot doc, he gave me cortizone shot in my heel, my heel feels fine but now its my arch, it is going flat, so i still walk funny cause of the pain in the rest of my left foot, i've had the numbness off n on for a while. I used to waitress for alot of years, didnt always use the best shoes, now im payin for it, just wonder if it could be related to any other disease?
