| Stress Fracture?
About 5 years ago when I played football I picked up a foot injury that stopped me playing for several weeks! I have since given up the football but the injury is still here! Back then the pain wasnt so bad and o thought that it had healed but obviously not!
Last year I started to experience the pain again and most days there is pain in my foot. The bone alwas feels as though it needs to crack! I have had 2 x-rays on the foot close to the time when I hurt the foot each time. There is also a bone that sticks up on top of my foot and a lump on the side!
I've read that stress fractures dont always show up on x-rays which makes me think that this is what it is, since both times I have been told there is nothing wrong with my foot!
I would appreciate any help in findin out what could be wrong with it! Thanks in advance.
