| pain and tingling in foot.
I woke up this am with pain on the left side of my ankle bone worse when bearing weight and after walking. I also am having pain an inch or 2 above my heel. My foot also has a warm tingly feeling.
I had foot surgery 10 years ago to correct flat feet. The dr inserted a cork like device to bulid up my arch and also had to cut my achillies tendon. About 6 years ago I had to have the cork removed due to it moving. I haven't had any pain from my foot in many years. My 4 year old climbed on my foot while it dangled over the arm of a chair. I had a bad pain in my achilles tendon area and then a tingly numb sensation go all over my foot. I haven't had any pain since that day until today. Most of the pain is very close to my incison near my ankle. I am not sure what is going on with it. I have to much already going on to try to go see a dr about it. Any ideas?
