just what causes the actual swelling and what meds are you taking for this?has your doc been made aware of this situation?when was the last time you had your hepatic labs done?what were the results?if you have not had these done within the last month or two,i would very highly reccomend that you do just to see if everything is still within the normal ranges.if they are not,this could indicate a possible liver or pancreatic problem.

there could also be a very small chance of some sort of blockage somewhere within the GI tract,or a possible stone lodged somewhere within it,or even a bile duct stone.i would really see the surgeon who did your GB surgery and have him do an eval on you or see your GI doc.this really bears some more in depth evaluation.you should not be continually vomiting up bile all the time.did the doc actually Rx you to take the enzymes?if so ,he should be reccomending what you should be taking.I remember my son was having to take these before his liver transplant was done but I cannot recall the actual name of what the heck it was.

please see one of those docs i mentioned and really get that bloodwork done too.you need to see what your current numbers really are,this could also really help to pinpoint the problem area.good luck and please ley me know how things go.FB
