I beg to differ here. I eat as healthy, if not healthier since my gall bladder surgery, and the pounds are piling on. I am also experiencing major water weight gain, that causes my entire body to swell up.
I workout 3-5 times a week, doing high-intensity spin classes, and weight training. I avoid sugars, flour, starches, and watch my salt and fat intake. My diet consists of lean meats (chicken, fish, lean beef) and vegetables. I drink at least a gallon of water a day.
I have been to the endocrinologist, cardiologist, gynocologist, and no one can tell me whats going on. The post operative sonogram showed everything to be normal.
OBVIOUSLY this isnt normal. Everything was fine before the gall bladder was removed.
