I had been having this wierd feeling in my right side since last Christmas. I had the flu really bad and threw up a lot. After I got over the flu, the wierd feeling on my side didn't go away. I thought I pulled something from all the puking I had done.
Finally I went to see my doctor who ordered an ultrasound. The results came back that my gallbladder was fine. So, I still had this odd feeling on my right side, it felt very tight and it was annoying. Plus I had heartburn and nausea all the time. I went back to the doctor and he ordered a hida scan. The only thing I hated about the test was having to lie so stilll and have my arms strapped to my sides, I don't like that feeling!
I went and saw my doctor yesterday and he told me my gallbladder needs to come out. It is working at 13%. I have an appontment with the surgeon on Monday. I will be glad to get this over with. I am nauseated no matter what I eat now. I am really tired too. Has anyone else felt tired?
So, any advice you could offer would be great. I have read all the bad things that can happen, has anyone had a good experience?
Thanks!
