I'm thinking about either Saturday (6/28) or Mon (6/29), or Tues. (6/30) for a gall bladder flush.
If anyone is interested in joining me, the prep is to drink 16 ounces or apple juice, preferably unfiltered, each day starting today.
And then buy some epsom salts...many dollar stores have it in what looks like a milk carton (like enough for about 100 flushes
) Make sure you have a grapefruit and some olive or canola oil (or corn or soy as you choose) by the weekend.
