hi. i just got a report from the hospital of a sonogram that was done last week. I'm hoping someone can defipher it for me

I had gone to the hospital because of chest pains. A stress test was done and besides a murmur, my heart was said to be fine.
I'll simply write the conclusions:
1) Thickening and edematous wall of the gallbladder (to 4.3 mm) with a small gallbladder polyp being shown with no cholelithiasis or definite choledocholithiasis (both being stones, i think) being seen. This is most consistent with secondary changes from the patient's reported hepatitis C.
Acalculus cholecystitis would be less likely, but cannot be excluded.
2) otherwise unremarkable abdominal ultrasound with non visualization of the pancreas.
<sigh>
(it was also noted that there was no pericholecystic fluid seen)
Thanks for any input!
Wes
