My dad had his gall bladder removed on tuesday due to it having many gall stones. He had an endoscopy on thursday to make sure all the stones had been removed with the gall bladder. It's now Saturday and they won't release him as his blood work is not normal. The blood tests relating to the bile are decreasing as expected but the other tests are not normal. They don't know what's causing it. Can anyone suggest why this is?
