Be sure to limit the amount perhaps - red wine has some benefits than other types of alcohol and have with low-fat low acidic meals, maybe?
A dinner with a broiled chicken breast, potato/broccoli might be good for starts. Nothing too spicy. (Just to see how it goes?) And always ask your doctor too, just in case.
I was never told that it would be a good idea to start on probiotics and enzymes until years after. They do help!!
