I had a HIDA scan today, and my husband said it looked on the screen as if my gall bladder failed to empty. The technician administered the CCK, and my husband said he still didn't see it empty. I don't follow up with the GI doc until next week. Does this sound like I have a bad gall bladder? I have constant pressure in my mid abdomen that feels like gas and bloating, but I never have nausea or vomiting.
I had my HIDA scan yesterday too, and from what I saw (they let me watch the screen as the test was going on) it didn't look like my GB emptied much at all, but my gallbladder ejection rate was 62%. But then again, I'm not trained to know what I'm looking at on the screen so I don't know what was going on.

Jordy, did that inject you with the CCK after the first scan ran?
My husband also said he never saw the tracer material show up in my small intestine even after the CCK was administered. What could this mean? I'm really feeling scared.
