Going off pantoprazole(ran

14 days after gb surg starting to get releaf from chest pain and annoying throat lump feeling. L'm following L fat diet and have been taking pantoprazolefor two weeks .I'm not sure which is helping or both. My concern is staying on the meds to long and becoming dependent. Does anyone have suggestions on how and when to ween yourself off this drug?

Re: Going off pantoprazole(ran

Well, it doesn't really have anything to do with the gb surgery. If you are on it for just that, then I would get off it. If you are on it for other issues, then you would need to post on the digestive issues board instead.
