| Re: Question about drinking tea.
Hi,
Tea is great for many things and good oral health is one of them. It's not a replacement for good oral hygiene, though.
Shouldn't be a problem to eat or drink anything before bedtime as long as you brush your teeth after doing so...
Cavities are usually created by non-brushing and during the times when the mouth isn't producing saliva (during sleep when it has such a long time to work at it).
If you're not wanting to use sugar, try honey...it gives tea a nice taste and you won't have to use as much. Also, lemon with sugar or honey is good too. I like sugar in the raw. Stevia is a natural sugar replacement that seems to selling well.
If you're exploring tea at this time...there are flavoured teas such as blackberry, strawberry, green, vanilla...etc.
Enjoy!
