Canker Sores + Toothache?

Whenever I get a canker sore, the tooth that is closest too it becomes extremely sensitive and often aches. In the morning the sore hurts more, but throughout the day the toothache gets progressively more painful and the sore progressively less so. Can anyone explain this?

Re: Canker Sores + Toothache?

it's probably the canker sore affecting nerve endings surrounding the tooth. Have you tried using a Cankermelt? They are really helpful.
