Hi,
If you are not tired and it is a congestion problem. I would suggest you completely cut out dairy products (which I known to cause excess mucus)
So all dairy foods: Milk, Cheese, Cream etc and Casein, Whey, milk powder Lactose etc.....
It may help with the clogged feelings and congestion.
If your body is dealing with a substance it can't tolerate like Dairy foods can manifest symptoms all over your body including eyes.
