You can have blood in your saliva (from nasal drainage) when you have sinus infections. You need to go see a doctor.

Hi, I saw another of your post about having a little blood in your saliva too. Well, with all those symptoms of dizziness, eye pain...etc, it would be good if you can go and see an ENT. I'm not trying to frighten you or what, but the blood might be caused by cancer. Since you smoke before, you might have a higher risk of developing nose or throat cancer. I'm not a med professional, so I can't tell you much. But I hope you go seek medical help soon! Good luck!

thanks for replying , i went to an ent today and he said my throat and nose was fine, i had just had sinuses ct scan and they were normal, i am only 26 and since i just quit smoking 2 months ago he thinks this is causing my symtoms. what do ya think

Did the ENT doctor look at your throat. Maybe you have a small scratch there or some old blood in your nose from a sinus infection or just some blood vessels that bleed. This can happen and it usually clears up. If you suspect your nose is hurting or bleeding, watch how you blow your nose or use nose drops.

Cancer usually does not occur in someone of your age. But you can reassure yourself by asking the doctor.
