After about 3-4 minutes I rolled onto my back and rubbed the area where the pain was happening. It was quite tender. It continued while I was on my back so then I rolled to my right side. It slowly happened less and less and I finally fell back to sleep. The pain probably lasted about 8-10 minutes in total. It totally has me freaked out as to what could cause this. PLEASE if anyone has any ideas or experienced something similar let me know. Thanks.

lots of processed food like mcdonalds or prepared meals give me that feeling, what did you eat for your last meal?
