help?please? - General Health Message Board

so heres the issue. i am so extremely tired. i wake up early around 4 or 5 but it has never made me this tired. i used to not be able to sleep til midnight or later. there were even times i went to bed at 5 in the morning...during summer of course. but i wake up early for school...go to school and come home...all the while being incredibly tired. ive been having nausea too. ive had it before but it has been gone for a while. now everyday i feel sick. could this be something or is it just because i wake up early or something like that. well im sure it could be either but besides waking up early or stress or whatever what could it be?

How many hours a sleep a night do you normally get? IT could be your body just telling you that its getting older and it can't tollorate this handling of going to bed at 5 am. I am a DJ and I had to stop doing club and late night gigs because I felt sick in the mornings. At first it was ok and it felt like I was getting enough sleep. One summer I did collapse of tiredness. My doctor told me my body was tired and weak. Even though I felt awake my body was actually tired and it needed a rest. I am not saying this may be your case but its a suggestion. Also I saw you mention it could be stress...hmm what kind of stress are you having?
