Question

Hello all. I had a weird experience tonight. After eating dinner I went to the restroom and as I glanced in the mirror I could notice my right temple vein popped out. Is this normal? I didnt ahve a headache or anything. I do have sinus and head pressure alot though. But is this something I should be worried about?

Re: Question

If constipation was a problem, straining could cause too much pressure in temples. To avoid pressure in head, do the push on exhale and never hold your breath during the push.

You need to be checked for high blood pressure.

I went to the doc about a month to two months ago. BP was 140/72. Was a little nervous. Could high blood pressure cause this vein to pop out?
