Exclamation exhaustion while sleeping...

Once I had a really scary dream that involved me running somewhere. When I woke up from the dream, I was really exhausted like I was ACTUALLY RUNNING IN REAL LIFE. Did anyone else ever get like that before??? Thanks for reading... Firefly
