 not sure what to do...plz, someone give me advice

well i wasn't sure where to post this so if anyone here can give me some advice, it would be much appreciated. I'll just list my symptoms and maybe someone can tell me what might be wrong with me.
1. Frequent, long lasting dizzy spells, sometimes accompanied with headaches.
2. Nausea.
3. Chronic illnesses (colds, flus, infections). Long lasting.
4. Muscle spasms/twitches (mostly in my right hand, sometimes in my leg).
5. Dry/reddish patches on both my arms, my stomach, and my leg.
Please help me figure out what's causing these symptoms. Thank you.
