audible clicking in the neck
please if anyone has experienced this or knows what it could be please give me your feedback because im am very nervous. About a month ago i noticed that my neck clicks in my cervical spine everysingle time i rotate my head to the right. It always does it everysingle time there hasnt been a moment when it doesnt ***. But its only with right rotataion. I also have a feeling of lightheadedness but i think it might be do to my anxiety disorder.

i think mine is the same. only when i turn my head to the left like bend it, my neck makes a loud click too. i do it to relieve tension though. i dont think its a major thing to be worried about but i know it shouldnt click

my neck clicks and crunches when I turn my head, ask doc but I suspect its normal, would probably help to exercise the neck by moving the head more
